You'll see the full amount before you submit your questionnaire, but nothing is charged at that point. We save your card, a licensed clinician reviews your case within 24 hours, and only if they approve your prescription is the card charged, once. If you're not approved, your card is never charged and you'll get an email explaining why.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. Your clinician may prescribe the brand-name product instead where clinically appropriate.

No. Your price is fixed for the full plan, at every dose your clinician prescribes. Other programs quote a low starting price and raise it with each dose increase; Vaylen charges the same amount in month twelve as in month one.
Most patients notice a quieter appetite in the first one to two weeks. Visible weight loss usually starts around week three or four. In the largest clinical trials, average loss over about 16 months was 15% of body weight on semaglutide and 20% on tirzepatide. Your results depend on the medication, dose, starting weight and how consistently you take it.
The most common are nausea, mild stomach discomfort and reduced appetite, usually in the first few weeks and usually easing as your body adjusts. Your clinician starts you on a low dose and increases it gradually to keep this manageable. Serious side effects are rare but possible; your care team monitors you throughout and you can message them 24/7.
